We are industry leaders in our field, and this has been achieved by a commitment to staff training. Most of our Drafting team started with us as Apprentices and are now enjoying successful and rewarding careers, working on and managing diverse projects.
Each year we employ Apprentice Draftspersons direct from school. An apprenticeship in Drafting is a four year course, and fully trained Draftspersons are in high demand. We have been training Draftspersons for over 25 years, and have a training program that is second-to-none.
