Lindsay & Dynan strongly believes in providing practical learning opportunities for the next generation of talented engineers, and in fact many of Lindsay & Dynan’s star performers started out on work experience placements during university holidays.

Lindsay & Dynan also employs a number of engineering students (from all stages in their degree) in paid casual positions to work with the company around their university timetable (usually 1 – 2 days per week).
