Lindsay & Dynan strongly believes in providing practical learning opportunities for the next generation of talented Engineers. In fact, many of our star performers started out on student industrial experience placements during their university careers.

This is usually a 12-week block of full-time work from December to February which includes a break over Christmas to coincide with the Company’s shut down period.
