Strand is arguably Forster’s most eye catching and desirable apartment building, located directly opposite the town's popular Main Beach.

The 11-storey complex consists of luxurious two and three-bedroom townhouses and apartments and a two-level penthouses, all with expansive living spaces and balconies or courtyard gardens, as well as a single level basement carpark.

Attention to detail in the structural design of the carpark was required to ensure that it was carefully sited to avoid placement below water table levels, thus reducing construction time and costs.
