Lindsay & Dynan has developed a methodology for analysing the stresses induced in building structures as a result of defined mine subsidence movements. This methodology can be adapted to buildings from a few storeys to high-rise and with the full range of building materials and construction methods.

The projects completed to date have consistently enabled designs to safely resist mine subsidence without imposing any significant additional construction costs.
